Robert Mitchell called me to let me know he was working on the computer.  I had dropped it off several days before it was to be looked at, but he was already working on it. 
He called again after completing the job to let me know what he had done and make a recommendation as to how to get it run more quickly. 
The computer was ready to be picked up even before the date it was supposed to be worked on.  Another great job by the CMLS technicians!

Robin Knight has helped me in the past and has always been great.
Last time she helped me she let me know about a free anti virus I could get from the cmls which I thought was really nice of her so I called and she put it on for me.

Rob and Thirza were incredible.  I trusted them to solve the complicated virus infections in my computer, and they were great. 
Rob did it all, without losing any information on my computer!!  Don't know what I would have done without their expertise. 
You always worry that when you're not knowledgeable, technicians might rip you off, but I have total confidence in CMLS.  Now I can go back to work.
What I was looking for apparently does not exist.
She was a liitle pushy with me and mad because I was not fast enough but my problem was fixed.
